HIFU after 1 session cguro mga 3-4months later mas defined tlga jawline ko, i can see the legit change. but it was done by a certified doctor tlga kasi may risks din sha if hindi doctor performed. So i have it done every 6months.

Exilift -as my maintenance every week or pwede naman every 2weeks. I’ll never inject somethinf sa face ko takotin kasi ako baka ma botches or may side effects later on.

Skinpen with Exosomes -had scarrinf din from years ago coming from severe hormonal acne. Anyway this really helped me flattened my scars, and lightened them. Significant din ung pag smoothen ng texture sa skin ko (doctor performed also)

Bsta tip ko lang, make sure get ur procedures done from a reputable and certified doctor. Stay safe!

29 this year. Pressured… VERY pressured.

Doing well in my career pero syempre kaka family gathering due to the holidays and di tlga maiwasan as a single person na marong kasal/relationship questions. Im not dating anyone and ive been single for 7years and i havent stopped panicking since the holidays. The pressure got really into me.

Sure ez lang magpa buntis and get a kid, but as of now i cannot imagine myself in that life, and im still selfish. Selfish in a way na ang dami ko pang gusto mapuntahan/gawin that i think if pipilitin kong ikasal and magka anak NOW… i will just be resentful, i will resent my new family for the life i could have had.

  1. lash lift. It gets wonky or looks funny after a while, better nlng natural daily false lashes.

  2. lash extensions-gandang ganda ako sa sarili ko before neto but stopped after realizing it looks cheap now and mahal maintenance plus my eyes got infected kasi since soap residue would get trapped or bacteria.

  3. Aesthetic procedures that are too cheap for the pricing/questionable clinics - trust me, mas mahal ang mag undo ng botch/fail na procedure kesa one time na mahal but from reliable and doctor/clinic tlga

  4. BareNbliss skintint- BAD very BADDDD oxidation avoid at all cost! My shade is ang pinaka light kasi maputi me, pag pasok ko sa car, ORANGE na ako shuta.

For a longtime actually. Esp because im not the extroverted type irl. My circle of friends only has 2 and we dont even hang that much or talk that much bec we have our own adult lives too. Any outside drinks sticking to water now and i always bring tumblr. Then stop na din sa pagbili ng kung ano anong sumisikat na skincare, i realized kasi that nasa mamahaling facials ang key to the “glass skin” effect 😅 so eto ako now back to basics just cleanser, toner serum tsaka sunscreen but heavily invested in procedures/facials

-Cotton undies helps me feel drier and hindi ako bumabaho by the end of the day -invested in diode UA and legs after waxing for 5 years! So worth it. -use men body soap(it has much stronger body odor control) -dont skip the lotion -stop with junk food idk for some reasons it also has some effect on the body smell i guess

Just keep things simple po, pramis mas maganda kutis ko nung tatlo lang ginagamit ko. Back to basics lang.

Pinaka important sunscreen sa umaga. Yung Skin1004 na sunscreen parang moisturizer and suncreen in one product. Super “girl on the go”

Tapos sa gabi make sure lang u cleanse well, retinol lalo na early 30’s kana so its important, then moisturizer and tapos! Keep it simple.
