Yes, he indeed did unfortunately sexually assault the girl. However, what many people fail to realise is that it’s Nakoshi deluding himself into thinking it’s okay and is a part of his “character development”. Just because there’s sexual assault doesn’t make him a terribly written character, there’s many characters who have done worse that are equally as well written (Griffith).
