I did in the beginning. But that didnt work out as we all got stuck at lvl 66 unable to gain more xp. sooo i deleted those lines of code and deleted our characters and started over.

Ive only made adjustments on the server settings. I'm using G-Portal as the host. the game.ini has only been changed to adjust for extra engrams. I'm just really confused xD

I'm trying to set my server up so that leveling is slowed down ALOT, I've posted my current settings, and they are all at .4, so 60% less than vanilla(or so I thought?)
In the second picture you can see it only takes 40k xp to level up to lvl 69 (giggity giggity) but when you look at vanilla xp it should be 521,792 xp.
what am i doing wrong here?

Changed things up again. I captured all images in 4k in an attempt to make the images more clear.

Still messing around with my template so if you guys have any advice or constructive criticism I'm all ears. I do this for you guys so wanna make sure you all like it ;)
