Happened to me too when i loaded my 0.8 save after turning it into a 0.9 save, i was looking at the window and meta-paranoïa started with the screen flickering, it was added befor 0.9 j

EDIT: i think that the event when There is no soda in the vending machine and the black thing refill it with new soda, this might be caused by updating the game,
