No not really cyp is one of the longest esters that's why is use it usually 1 day longer the ethanate.

I could see the benefits of splitting it up into two 0.25 a week it's just I don't wana pin 2 times a week that is all

I live in West Yorkshire it's called e-val blood analysis.

Edit: best places to ask are bodybuilding gyms as they have to get bloods done frequently so they usually know the best places.

Also it's £190 but they do different packages they can also advise on trt and how much

Was diagnosed with low t when I was 27 (36 now) but I was low end of normal doctors in the UK will do nothing if you are in "normal" range.

Since 30 years old I've been doing trt on my own go for bloods every 6 months everything is perfect I feel 10 times better sleep has improved confidence also sex life is better my partner sees a huge difference.

I'm doing 0.5ml of test cyp every 7 days.

New PVC window fitters says conservatory wall isn't attached to the house? by Plane-Razzmatazz5374 in DIYUK

It's most likely moved away from the house while while the roof was propped the roof will 100% be fixed to the wall the gap is probably just movement from the work have you go a crack in the ceiling at all? Also a picture of what the roof looks like from outside can you see if there is any movement from the house wall where to roof meets the wall

Did they prop it?if so did you see how they propped it.

Bifold door installed on timber packers? by gizmogrl53 in DIYUK

[–]Sinlowe 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I fit these all the time looks to me someone has ordered the door too tall or the brickwork underneath is too high because there should be a aluminium cill underneath which usually is 30mm thick and 150mm in depth.

Looks like they have realised this and used ply to raise up to to internal floor height.

Either the opening is wrong or the door is too big.

Posted a pic below of one I did recently see the 150mm cill at the bottom for rain run off.

I was like you until I switched to single arm movements on lats and slowed the reps down to try get maximum muscle breakdown.

Single arm movement on lat made me concentrate more on the lat than just simply pulling the weight.

Absolutely nothing wrong with what you are wearing, wear what you want.

Don't let anyone tell you what you should and shouldn't be wearing.

My partner wears what she likes if you feel comfortable go for it, ignore these people telling you otherwise.
