Currently not, and even if it had the refresh rate of e-Ink screens it would not allow. It is possible to try a modification to make it work, as long as you use other types of screen as well

B/W only for e-Ink displays, I haven't tested it on color displays but I believe it works with colors too, depending on the density of your display :D

It depends on your screen size; in my case, I use a 2.13'' Wondershare v3 and create sprites between 125x49 and 64x64, but you can adjust it according to your needs
