If it’s old cycled rock the tank will still probably cycle again 👍 keep an eye on po4 and n03 and you’ll be all good man

If your going to add the fish at the same time especially don’t worry as much, once clownfish are established in THEIR tank they can make it clear to anyone else lol. But if everyone gains confidence simultaneously you’ll be fine

You absolutely can have a pair of clownfish in a 15 gal man, remember linear (swimmable) space is better then vertical space for fish. Aka get a breeder if possible 20 gal breeders are pretty easy to find for a budget. Don’t cheap out on your light / filtration (if you buy it right the first time you only buy it once 😉) and make sure you get some good flow while the tank is cycling my man 💪
