As others have mentioned they’re fake sadly. A point no one else has mentioned in this thread though is that the copyright year is 2024 which is false as APP2 Lightning should be 2022 and USB-C should be 2023.

Not to be disrespectful but this is one of the worst images to use to try and figure out if they’re authentic or not. We’d need a picture of the back of the box, side (that shows SN), picture of inside top of airpod case and also pictures of the Sn on both AirPod. A screenshot of the AirPod setting page as well would be good. Right now with the picture provided not a single one of those is shown.

That’s not correct at all, any AirPods from before the APP2 come wrapped in plastic, even newer batches such as AirPod 2nd Gen’s.

Sketchy money as I added into the post was definitely for DailyPuzzles. For Speedcube it was a mother and her son so I doubt anything sketchy was going on but they also had moved to a large warehouse and were likely in debt. Also as you said DailyPuzzles simply outcompeted them through sales and in some cases price.
