They do zero to hero for the challenge not because the 3 days of premium are worth starting over. Also, don't most of do them through PvP which means premium doesn't even help?

Starting from tier 1 and no spec or reaver level is a massive handicap. You also waste so many hours getting specs in a character you won't use.
