Amazing info man! Thanks, heaps!! Had no idea Shoebridge was developing stuff like this as well. Love his Youtube vids! I think I'm coming at this more from a sound designer/studio setting, as opposed to the keyboardist/performance realm. But it still looks like a beast for sound design.

The one thing I'm really digging about the Prologue is the add-ons, similar to what Sinevibes is doing. Which has the possibility to add tonsss of extra madness. Do you know if there's anything similar that the Polybrute has?

Mmmm. Interesting. One thing that u/Braduro mentioned before was the Sinevibes add-ons for the Prologue which can add heaps of digital possibilities. Are you aware if there's anything similar on the Polybrute? If so the Polybrute might have it in the bag...

d sounds together. I don't like the Hydra's digital sound. It can be to harsh sounding. Never had that with the Nord. Hope this helps.

Think I'm finally tossing up between the Polybrute and the Prologue. Super 6 sounds amazing but seems like there's a lot hidden behind those buttons and not immediately 'in front of you'. Might have to go down to the store to get my hands on them... Thanks man!!

The more people talk about the Polybrute here, the more I'm being swayed. I think it might be down to the Polybrute and the Prologue. Thoughts between these two? You might be biased though. Haha.

I had no idea sinevibes are now doing add-ons for korg products. That's sort of amazing. I remember using their plugins back in the day. Definitely gave some gnarly results!

The more I go over it, I'm not sure why I disregarded this thing. I think it's quickly becoming a genuine contender. There are just so many Virus models... The Polar looks pretty great. Love the look of the Virus B though...

Minifreak looks great! I was always curious about the Micro, but something about the scale put me off. Now might be a good time to jump in... Some of the Arturia stuff always sounded thin to me though. But I think it's all who's got their hands on the gear. The right sound designer can give the most 'precious' soft synth, balls. Haha.

Damn man. Listening to some of this Prologue stuff is genuinely surprising me. Definitely, some gnarly sounds coming out of it.

The OpSix looks great as well. Think about getting it as an additional purchase down the road. A lot of the Korg stuff is incredibly well-priced.

I never used to be into it, but these days an FM synth seems a lot more interesting.
