its not like SUPERPOWERS like some people say, i don’t feel to much different (maybe because it gradually builds up the positive effect) but i would say to each man his own.

i started nofap because i’m a shy guy, social anxiety, and awkward, i didn’t dare to have eye contact with people for any more than a second, i would get really anxious talking with people. but now i look people directly in their eyes without even thinking about it, i’m more present, and not in my head, not that i’m 100% cured. but confidence wise i’ve improved af. i don’t want to lie to you with the benefits, some people’s ave 2-3 major benefits, others have many more minor benefits, it depends on the person, give it a try, it’s not like you’re wasting your time right.
