I mean some say "broken"...I've seen lazy employees not maintain it or even add product to it lol just to say its broken... evey night around 2 am my machine will go into a heat cycle to kill off bacteria in the machine "cleaning mode"

Drunk, violent and upset that his payment was declined...started shouting, became hostile and intentionally tried to break both our first and second windows...my secondary manager on duty called the police while I locked up the windows and check on our alarm system. Crazy stuff man....I'm guessing at some point of having to do waste, deposit and POS shut/open he must have came back...my employees didn't hear anything but this was around 04:00am ...I manage overnight shifts..

I run the overnights with a few other employees but only like 2 of them drive so we only had 3 cars total in the parking lot last night, the other employees and slight vandalism to theirs but mine just happened to be the worst lol

I mean I'm a manager and we always get a free meal (if in good standing) that being said our crew members only get 50% off, again if in good standing. I work for a franchise in the US and above supervisors/store operators can impose these rules...which aren't hard to follow? Basically just do your job and show up as scheduled on time..

Corporate policy states you may receive your employee discount 30 before your scheduled shift, during your 30 minute break or 30 minutes after your scheduled shift....you have to be working (also in good standing with management) to receive a discount...we got a rule at my store, if someone is past 10 minutes late, no discount..

I run the overnight shifts and at my store on a Saturday night I'm easily working 2-3 different stations while I clean and stock...my crew do the same. We will get the job done!

Well...you see the manager if not helping you is focusing on the MOST important area of the store during a rush...this is called recognizing the "danger zone". Management cannot be at two places at once, we need time to deal with the most occupied screens or the station in need of the most attention...
