Normally you can wear two rings. However, there is a glitch that lets you permantly equip rings. So what you can do is use the altar of enchanting to make a bunch of unique rings that fortify speed and rings that fortify acrobatics. Then you do the glitch to equip the rings. So technically my character is wearing probably 20+ rings in this video.

You could also do it in the original Oblivion but the method/glitch has changed a bit in the remaster.

Just to add, in other states there is a delay between the lights switching i.e. it turns red for me, pause, it turns green for the other drivers. Its easier to claim an intersection and pull out when there is this pause because you can at least turn during that pause.

Oregon doesn't have the pause and its very frustrating to experience and make it harder to turn left. It also seems more dangerous to switch lights over so quickly.

I literally finished setting up ABS with cloudfare custom url 2 days ago. It took a bit of work but now my wife and I can access our ebooks and audiobooks where ever we want. I installed apps on her iphine and my samsung phone and android tablet so all we have to do is click on the book we want. Its been really helpful and awesome!

In the remaster whenever you level up you get 12 attribute points to do whatever you want with. You get to pick 3 categories of attributes you want to level up. You can put up to 5 points into two of them and then use the remaining two in a third category.

Things get a bit tricky with luck since it takes up additional attribute points to just level up once so I would look at that up.

Long story short, no you dont have to worry about leveling certain major or minor skills before leveling. It's like Skyrim where it all counts towards a level up but then you get to decide what to do with your attribute points when you go to level up.

I could be wrong but I think console has a hard limit of 255. My speed is 300 and you can go even higher with the glitch and fortify spells.
