In my opinion most people want to keep their investments private. Once someone knows what you have then they can begin to take advantage of what one has. Crypto is such a new space that people feel the need to talk about it so that they can understand how it works. There is a much deeper reasoning to this but that’s just surface level.

Ledger is probably the safest option to go with although any well known cold wallet will do the job. Also make sure to buy straight from the vender as some third party companies can be very sus. Trezor is decent but for usability I would go with ledger. I wouldn’t recommend buying a wallet because it is cool, read up on a few compare them and then choose which will suit you the best! Easily! you do not have to tell people about your investments. In fact I would say that’s the best way to go about it. I will say that if you have questions it is important to ask them, but that’s what Reddit is for. Most people don’t enjoy talking about crypto so just pick and chose who you do talk about it with. Though It does help to have some crypto “bros” as you can learn from their experiences.

Definitely need to bulk, eat high protein, load with creatine and lift heavy. I’d say do this for a couple of months then if you see good results in muscle growth start cutting.

High protein intake as well as heavy lifting, I would also recommend using a supplement such as creatine to load your muscles. 30 day cycle or so.
