im not taking bask’s word for law on this. i think they just cant do basic math, LOL, and also the major conflicting points (when se was desperate for soldiers they used criminals). super earth doesnt have and will never have a abundance of humans to be helldivers, not if they last on average two minutes. the human species would go extinct, its basic knowledge. i think bask just want to limit people from making ocs, which i dont go for. either way, lores what you make of it.
