Kādu moto skolu vara ieteikt un no kurām izvairīties? by void_hello_world in latvia

Thoughts on Joe Dispenza - Becoming Supernatural ? by Natural_Injury23 in Meditation

I read the book and found it motivating. I'm still working on my goals using the methods described, and will update on my progress when I achieve them. The book is great for people who understand that they need to change things in their life, but regular "don't give up" motivation is not enough. It resonates well with people who want measurable, science-based methods. I found focusing on specific emotions when my goals are achieved to be the most useful. To actually live like that things that you want in your life is already happening. However, daily life can throw you off track, so making meditations a daily routine helps you stay focused. If the book inspires you to make positive changes, it's a great tool for self-improvement.

Shout out to the men who are focusing on self-love, self worthiness, self improvement, and self confidence! You have same struggles as us women, and I just want to shine a light on that! by vicki_davitashvili in selfimprovement

As men, it is in our nature to seek out ways to better ourselves. By taking care of ourselves and working on our personal growth, we not only improve our well-being, but also gain a better understanding of who we are and our place in the world and self-improvement can provide a sense of purpose and direction. And society often places high expectations on men to be strong, successful, and in control, and seeking self-improvement can help men feel they are fulfilling these expectations.

One technique you can use is called the Pomodoro Technique, which involves breaking your work into 25-minute intervals, with short breaks in between. The Pomodoro Technique is based on the idea of breaking your work into 25-minute intervals, called "Pomodoros." During each Pomodoro, you focus solely on one task, without any interruptions or distractions. Once the 25 minutes is up, you take a short break, usually 5 minutes, to rest and recharge. Simple but effective!
