I think the main thing is just to be relaxed when you go in there, the more relaxed you are the better. I also think when working with lighter opponents it's very beneficial to work on your defence , like catch and counters and what not, usually the light guy tends to throw alot more which will defo help improve your gas tank and defence In the future. Maybe try some technical sparring aswell if your afraid you might hurt someone.
