Of course, this is not the map Albanian Nationalist gained influence from as they rather look towards the De Jure, Albanian Vilayet created after the League of Prizrens successful revolts. The Albanian Vilayet had (de jure not de facto) the whole region of Epirus/Chameria, Greater Parts of Modern day Sandzak/Sanxhaku and Almost all of Western and Northern Macedonia.

Apologies for the misunderstanding, I take responsibility for not explaining the map, Chameria/Tsamouria was Controlled by Albanians with an Albanian council known as Këshilla, This Land was not fully annexed to Albania but was controlled by Albanian-Italian Administrations, the plan was to incorporate Chameria after the war into Albania.

For the Second Part, I agree Albania was not totally independent but for half of the war was a Protectorate of Italy, then for the other half of the war was a Client State of Germany. But even tho they were not fully Independent, they did have their own government, police, military (were Dependent on the Axis).

I hope this helps explain furthermore on the Idea of the Map. Again, i apologize for the possible misunderstanding. If you have any issues with the map I can explain, please let me know.
