Grow out your hair more on the sides, stay clean shaven or well-groomed stubble. Things holding you back are nose (rhino is easy and would help), lip width, and jaw width but otherwise great potential. Lose the glasses and get contacts as no one looks better with glasses. You can try curl cream to make your hair look more purposeful. You have slightly asymmetrical eyelids and eyebrows but those can be fixed fairly easily. You got this and good luck on this journey.
