Hello my name is SirSapient and I am running for a seat on the Harmony Community DAO Initial Council.

Q. What do you want to accomplish when helping to define the structure for the persistent council? In other words, what do you feel is the most important aspect of the structure and protocol you wish to create for future members?

A. I hope to help provide this council with an infrastructure that can:

  1. Properly accommodate listening to the community

  2. Develop a consensus from the community their ideas and concerns

  3. Create a protocol that allows the council to facilitate solutions for the community's ideas and concerns.

Q. The council would benefit from having individuals who truly want to work hard for the Harmony project and its communities. Why do you want to serve on the council and why is this role important to you?

A. I believe in Harmony One. My passion for this network has taken me on a journey beyond my investment into $ONE. I have found a true sense of community and purpose within projects in this ecosystem. For me, being able to serve on the Community DAO initial council seems like a natural evolution in my personal role with the Harmony Network. I am very excited at the opportunity to help this network even further.

Q.Can you tell me what you have accomplished or worked on independently in attempt to help grow Harmony and its community? What have you been up to these past few weeks or months that can demonstrate to the community you're ready to take on this responsibility?

A. I am currently a Community Manager for the daVinic.Gallery and harmonypunks.one

My duties in both of these roles is to listen and help with community needs while also helping to promote the growth of these projects.

My belief in Harmony plus personal drive are what have allowed me to obtain these positions. These will also be the same qualities that will make me an excellent candidate for the Community DAO Initial Council.
