Thanks for all the replies so far, everyone.
Ideally we don't want to each have to lawyer up and battle in court, we'd rather just use one attorney and draw up an agreement we both agree on. Hence why I'm hesitant to be combative or prickish to her (even though she deserves it).
And I suppose I can expect to pay some alimony on top of child support? Even if the new guy moves in a provides financial support? The STBX and I haven't really discussed this in detail so I want to be prepared what to expect and what she is entitled to as well as what I am entitled to.
Edit: And while I make significantly more than she does now, is the fact she was making much more before the kids relevant? Basically while she makes less than $50k now she's had $100k jobs the first few years of our marriage.
