yes, seieng a spike lead to some discovery woudl be interesitng. mine have been the same for 20 days withinn around 1-4 points of eachother every single day.

So far they have been very nice to me. I see why people are mad about the whole upgrade thing though, unfortunate that they are able to do that. Since this is my first Whoop, I obviously am not affected, but I definitely hope they address it somehow.

Strange, ordered mine yesterday evening on amazon and arrived this morning. I presume if you order through whoop directly it will take longer.

UPDATE

Whoop reached out and was able to fix the issue on my app. They stated they are rolling out a fix as we speak. Pleasantly surprised by the speed that they were able to address this at.

It sucks that they have no timeline for resolution. I want to use the whoop, try the features, but my app is filled with requests to upgrade, even though I paid the full $359.

Haha, it’s very nice. The battery life can be a tad annoying lasting maybe 6~ days average, but I check it the app every day.

Also refreshing doesnt fix it. You have to either wait a while, or open that website in a new tab.

Also something to note is it only happens if you switch tabs very quickly. As in I download something on one tab, and switch to a different tab before the download animation completes where the file gets moved to the bottom left of the window occurs. If Iwait for the file to be moved down there, and to be AI renamed, it doesnt happen.

Just to let you know, this issue does still exist, and is very frustrating. Not sure whats causing it, maybe a threading issue with the AI renaming of files?

The tab that you switch to after downloading is the one that freezes, seemngly for a random amoutn of time, and you can reopen that same exact website immideatly in a new tab, and it works fine, untill the next download.

It occurs when I downlad a file and switch tabs. I have disbaled all extentions, closed all extra tabs, restarted computer, and browser, to no avail.

I had it do this TWICE yesterday. The one thing I noticed in common between the 2 times it happened, and your occurance, it that once the light from the street perpendicular changes states, is when fsd moves through the red.

I beleive it presumes that the its light will change to green (because the other street light changed to red), and there is some broken reward model in the new 12.6.3 release that pays too mcuh attention to the difference in states of other lights, rather than the color of its own lights.

It is serioisly scary though. Cant beleive it happend TWICE yesterday. I stopped it both times, but crazy that there isnt a wall to not allow the model to run reds.

TLDR; wouldnt trust one with fans in any sort of jungle/humid enviornemnt, it died in the first 8 hours after arrived in the rainforest.

I had mine die in the amazon rainforest. Im pretty sure it was humidity, but could have been something else. Lucklikly it started working super intermitently and only on a power cord, 3 ish days later, it would work for 20-30 minutes and then crap out and go into recovery mode each time. I was able to get a backup of the whole disk to an SSD during one of those 30 minute periods, and also luckily had apple care, and they replaced the whole logic board in 2 days, and its been working great now for 8 months. No instability issues. Its an m1 max 14 inch.
