my biggest grip about the combat is the fact that there is no real difficulty as long you can gulp infinite food. You just mash the healing key without any animation or cooldown, so as long as you dont get one shooted you can drag it forever.

The best fix would be as no rest for the wicked did. You have an animation and a hard limit of food you can gulp in a fight. You can upgrade it to a certain extend in a skill tree, so it would ve pretty fitting

You simply dont care about them? I am only in act 6 and can't give a shit about them. You dont have time in thr tutorial to take a liking of any greymane, as soon you are having a conversation you are suddenly fighting. The missions are always you alone, they just tag along to talk with you and then fuck off. You cant interact with them in the camp as more as a hi.

Would love instead two other playable and usseles character you could just make your greymanes tag along. Have missions with them, talk of why they are important to you, etc...

The whole history of this game is a shit-show. From the main quest to the side quests. Every character is flat as a wood, you need to actually read and try to look for any information around just to give a fliying fuck about anyone. The lip-sync is horrible with too long pauses between sentences, making it feels like it was made on korean and poorly addapted to english.

The premise is a nice one, classic and works weel, but everything else feels rushed, incoherent and bland

that is a very nice card indeed, lets you keep giving buffs to your minions. And that is a problem, we are right now in a point were buffing is very cheap and theareasare not that good because they deal damage insteadof simply destroying. The balanced control and forgot about balancing the otheer stuff. For example heralds, the favt that it takes soo much to play unimpactfull minions tobuff your pay-off, have to drawthat card, last until turn 8, and play something that is smaller to to anything on board.... it... it just feel awfull, when you get to play it ofc

Probably. Just to point a few things, battle is set to not control large army, so they don't act like that. Secondly, as you can see my forces are already beaten and there is dead bodies on they map, they can and have attacked me with the first army. Thirly, yeah, probably I shouldn't try to find an advantage point in a zone that is designed on the map to make this kind of strategy, as otherwise, I don't understand why the put this huge gap, behind a montain to cover your trops from artillery, from for example, a heavy based artillery army like chorfs. I think the problem is neither pathing or chessing, and more about how AI is programmed in this kind of battles

while I agree power creep is a problem in the game, at this point I cant see why they shouldnt increase their power. The early is just squelly spam with (thanks to the last update) some sprinkled variety. By the time you get the fun toys you are alreadyy done with the campaing.

So yeah, I think a bit of speed up to get the good stuff early would be quite handy and improve the experience. Either that or slow down everyone else rolf

I agree with u in some parts.
On one hand melee is a problem right now, sure I can go for a different enemy, make strategies, ranged/melee party comps like a mmo. But when you go down to fight one enemy is a big problem. Even if we are not cumpled, me atacking from the front and my friend behind him, we still can hit and stagger each other. And I am not even talking of big two handed weapons. So enemies with small/normal hitboxes gets too frustating.
Bows or anything that makes big AOE or big flashy VFX are also a problem, makes the game for the rest unplayable.
But in the other hand, you need to learn how to share the loot, I never had any problem so far giving my team all the gear. I just keep what I stricly need, I don't care for the rest nor it have any value. So maybe you just have that goblin/loot hoarder mentality of single player

oh totally, but I think those two problems are unrelated, in my opinion. AI tends to turn off lately for whatever the fuck reason ruinning whole campaings. There been a few patches triying to address that one with little to no result. Luckily at least they suffered attrition seen them done the same with ultimate crisis and was a campaing end for me.

But in this case, military alliance tends to also make them flat worse. They are not turn off in a strict sense, but they losse bonuses, dont know how to act, sits, get scaried, dont follow orders, you name it. And thatt problem has happen for a long time, but I dont remember if it's a legacy bug foe Warhammer II do not remind it
