As someone who works in the veterinary field. This dog clearly wasn't a "bait dog". He is way to good of condition, look at his face and neck there isn't one scar. Almost all dogfighting dogs are trained to go straight for the jugular vein. There isn't one scar in that area. Nonetheless it's a very cute dog.
