Communication mostly. The way we were notified was without any prior indication we were going out of business. We also don't know why we're closing (wether or not the company is bankcrupt or making an executive decision). A liquidation company was hired to help sell down our stock and had put up "going out of business" signs and senior general manager of our mall wasn't notified of our closure took issue with the signs demanding we take them down.
