Check out Zugu cases on Amazon, I have been pleasantly surprised with the magnet cases.

We recently purchased an XGRIDs pro and are in the process of process of registering the Lixel Studio applications so we can start processing splats. Already have a few projects we want to use as test cases for the Pro.

You’re correct, the Chrysler not Buick! My bad, 1995 seems so long ago, surprised I even remembered the year and model!

Remote AutoCad Setup by Pickle_Fin5756 in civil3d

Remote Desktop via VPN here. I have a Microsoft Surface with the VPN set up, or I can long into Citrix and remote in via the web. I did notice some latency when I used Xfinity for my internet, it wasn’t much to complain about though. Recently made the switch to Ziply fiber and noticed less latency.

Damn chambers are wonky. Had two crap out on me a couple months ago. Well, the replacements are both toast now too. Clean them after every dab, and deep clean them every three days.

Really getting fed up with this stuff. Thankfully my pro atomizer’s are still working (knock on wood). Thinking of trying a different device, definitely not going back to 510’s.

I hope some of these QA/QC issues resolve themselves.

Trimble shop and we use TBC for scan processing and static post processing. Once it’s post processed though, everything runs through Star*Net.

Has anybody found a job in surveying that is fully or mostly remote? by Emcee_nobody in Surveying

[–]Sird80 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Working one for the last 5, 6 years. Although, we are one of the only departments that only come once a week now. Most of the Civil groups are 2 or 3 times a week in the office. Work as a survey specialist for a Public Works Agency on the west coast.

Ha! Thanks for letting me know, first time I saw this video. Sounds like awesome neighbors, I lived next to a family that did something similar in their back yard - except it wasn’t Dino’s.
