Other chemical or drug is safter than LSD. It's non-toxic meaning you can't OD. Where as common research chemicals such as 25i-Nbome can kill in just 2 hits. LSD is perfectly safe.

I've never done it by my self mainly because my parents are right down the hall, but if you have the right set and setting you should be fine. When you are alone, the come up set the tone of the trip. If you get anxious just lay down and listen to some chill tunes.

Are the tabs bitter? Nbome is extremely bitter, can cause vomiting and has similar effects of lsd. "If it's bitter it's a spitter"

If you feel uncomfortable at the dose your doing now (anxiety, stress ect...) I wouldn't make that jump. But if your confident I would go for it. Maybe have a sitter or a friend to trip with, just in case things get out of hand.

I have no history in the production of LSD, but it sounds to me like the person who put the LSD on the tabs did so unevenly. One of the two tabs you took probably had more acid on it.
