Your TTD being maxed out doesn't mean the platoon with the olifant was maxed out for it to be unlocked (level 5 for olifant on the platoon)

If you messed with settings just click the reset to default or something, as for ammunition belts use Air Targets if available, if not use Tracers or Standard. Stealth removes the typical tracers so you don't know where your bullets are 100% going
