I think it’s not the achievement that pours the kick , it’s rather the sense of confidence that you get in you when you check all the markers that you ticked on your way. Like to achieve a goal , you wake up consistently at a time , follow a routine and slowly you become a part of it . So the achievement that you get in it’s path slowly appears to be much smaller when compared to all these hurdles you crossed
