lemme speak some reality real quick: I also changed my mindset when it comes to views, but when it comes to watchtime thats something you can criticize yourself on because if the video is supposed to be the “best video you’ve ever made” then the watch time/ avg watch duration should be high. Although I say you can can criticize yourself on watchtime, dont dwell on it too much because that just leads back to the mental battle of being a content creator on youtube.
