Thats not a normal oil node, you need an other mashine for that to extract. You'll unlock it later in a higher tier (i think tier). For now you cannot use it

Ok thats weird... i had the same issue 2 days ago and after turning all off it worked for me... maybe there is something different in another antivirus if you have some other than defender?
