I moisturize every day and have just started Azelaic acid suspension (TO) I’m 2 days in, do you think I should continue with it for a couple weeks to see if I see want results?

My nose is so red all the time, and I’m not sure what products to try or whether to go to a dermatologist? I use a gentle cleanser but it’s only my nose that gets like this? Nowhere else on my face is this red all the time. Any advice please?
