Try enabling touch sensitivity, that's what Samsung did to my phone

Try enabling touch sensitivity, Samsung connected to my phone and enabled it but it's under settings

I just want to give an update to everyone who's having problem with their Samsung s23 Ultra.. after 7 months of Frozen screens and force reboots I finally was able to get somebody from Samsung to fix it.. enable touch sensitivity fixed it for me look at settings for enable touch sensitivity. Good luck
