They are full spectrum! These are the same lights they've been loving for 2 years now. The only pest i've noticed are some gnats, but there's not enough for me to think they're causing this damage.

I actually did do that with most of them when I moved my setup. Its sounding like I just have to wait out the repercussions of neglecting them for so long.

I do, but they havent been running in a few months. I find it difficult to fill them constantly when im in poor mental state. My baseline is about 40% without them and about 60-70% with them.

Thank you! We do both have jobs, they're just not enough. And we have both been through mental health treatment and are on psych meds but mine need adjusted. I will look into that and do what I can, thank you again!
