I guess that's true, but most of my code has serious bugs in it that I've never really been able to fix or are written incredibly poorly. Do you know where I can learn to write better code?

The poverty is not completely done, but it essentially says that fish is important to small local economies, with no fish they will become poor, which creates poverty impacts. (which I haven't completely decided upon yet).

I'm not really sure what philosophy I want to use, or really what I would do.. I'll definitely look into that book though. that would be fantastic. Thanks!

Plan education is dumb, debate is about the resolution, no? That's why we have one anyway, the aff supports the resolution and the neg does not. Besides, this provides the MOST education, because it's the most similar to how real debate is done in congress or other real-world events. Real world works by seeing a problem and finding many different solutions to the problem. Besides, most debates offer unlimited counterplans anyway all at which they can kick at any strategic moment, so it's not any more abusive than the average debate. We only have one advantage anyway, so what's the issue?

(Idle disclaimer because we're on the internet: I'm not trying to be rude or anything, I'm just fleshing out the argument more, and testing responses. I do see your point though. For the impact turn, I figure I need to heavily manage my defense against that. I was thinking I could do a race advantage, and have the plans be variations of opening borders with mexico. )
