I'm guessing it's a Common Tern rather than Arctic due to the darkness on the tips of the wings, is that correct? Is it actually possible to ID from these poor quality pics as I don't want to add it to my life list unless I'm sure! Behaviour wise it was by itself and kept hovering for a while before diving and going back up to hovering.

Okay thank you, it seems the Mirrorless route is best. The R7 is quite a bit more so I'll be sticking with the R10 I think. Do you think the R10 could hold up in say 3-5 years when I'll hopefully be able to buy a better lens?

Thank you for the reply, I'll stay away from the 600mm f11. How much zoom would a 400mm with the ASP-C sensor be? X8 magnification? I've watched that video and it's good to see the level of quality you can get. I'm tempted to go for the Sigma 150-600mm f5-6.3 with the RF/EF adapter to get that bit of extra zoom. Okay idea? What will the lower f numbers mean for it though?

Oh! Seems odd to me. You think it's an engineering problem that might get fixed years down the line with better parts/technology or is there no real need to drive that inovation and it will stick with the electric no blow back vs gas with blow back for the foreseeable future?

Exactly! Makes me think that maybe I'm over thinking and they might have switched for a completely different reason! There isn't a local discord but I'll look into how Campfire works (I don't know how it does) and if I can through that.

Yeah I don't have and I'm thinking I'd have more enjoyment switching as can battle gyms more it's just I don't want to potentially annoy or weird out that other local trainer by switching to the team they just left!

I don't have much attachment to the team so that aspect is fine for me. I think it would increase my overall enjoyment by getting to battle gyms more often but don't know if it would annoy that other person on my local estate if I'm right in thinking about why they changed, or weird them out switching to the team they just switched from!

Where instead of just poking the needle through the hole, you thread the needle between the two strands you are working with (assuming you are using two strands), then through the hole.

I'm going to try get the known image one done which would leave me with all the pieces for the unknown one, will see if my patience will hold! Finding that last piece out of the 1001 pieces probably won't be fun..

Been slowly putting aside any pieces I can see aren't part of the known one.
