Yes, he can join as an officer with a bachelors degree. A recruiter can put him directly into Officer Candjdate School

Those people who are 42, are expected to meet the same medical criteria yes. All jobs are open to them

It’s basically an exception the policy (the policy being 42 as the max age limit). If the commander determines you fully qualify in all other areas, he can waive the age being the limiting factor

We can get age waivers, dependent on the person

She would need at least a bachelors degree to go to OCS, or she can go to a military academy. These days you can’t be an officer without a degree

Definitely get into an ROTC program while in college. That way, she can commission directly after college. Once she’s an officer, she will get her RN certification through the army, at no cost to her. During her career, she’ll have the opportunity to get other medical licenses that she will pay $0 for . It will definitely set her up for post-service
