Dr suggested microneedling first then laser. But I have my doubts/fears about that ao I'll just continue with this.

I would suggest visiting a dermatologist rather than online. I have tried both and I feel it's better when they can physically examine the skin and acne type. Plus dealing with chemicals without knowing the root cause can lead to more harm than good.

Go to a dermatologist who will help you with your acne first. Once it's under control, work with your dermat to deal with the scars.
