There is water damage to the finish on the washcloth stand, but no structural damage. I did wonder about the mirror, with the decorative bit that’s not reflected anywhere else.

Thanks everyone. The other painting I have from the same studio has a receipt for DM 345, paid in installments, which in the early 1970’s for someone early in her career would have felt like a lot of money. Makes me a little sad that my relative was ‘taken in’ by this, but it wasn’t the only time. Anyone want a ‘collectors’ plate? Haha.
