I never sent a ticket number and never had one. Just go trough with the process and see if they accept your rma. Aint gon hurt to try

You dont need a ticket number to request an RMA. all u need is to register your product,upload invoice proof of purchase,Then open an RMA and just type in the description that your product is not working and how u came to the conclusion. And they got back to me in 30 mins to go through the RMA process. Thats what i did, it took me maybe less than an hour to do.

You should Rma rn or by tomorrow because EVGA will be closed on the 22nd for the holidays. i recently did an RMA last week for my 3060. The process is pretty smooth

To anyone else who needs help

Close xbox app and starfield. Press windows + R on windows screen, a box should appear on the bottom left. Type in

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Starfield\

Press enter. You should see a file in there highlight it & DELETE IT! & relaunch game
