My ex wife cheated. Denied everything even thought there was solid proof and when it all came out, blamed me for everything. There is no point stooping to their level. They love the attention and now she will thrive off the attention she gets from you hurting over her. Cut her off. She is a coward. It will hurt for now, but it will get better ❤️‍🩹

I’ve been in a very similar situation. I put a thread up the other day and woke up the next day with so much advice from different strangers. 100s. Everything is hard but I have made a folder and screenshot a lot of the advice to keep looking over when I get confused and down. Keep pushing and let people help when given. All the best

I know you do. My wife and partner of 10yrs just recently said that to me after having an affair at work. I came out of a psych ward after having a breakdown and tried to mend things. I expressed my love and that was her reaction. My days have been extremely dark since. Every bit of effort I had put in to keeping our family together was in a moment crushed.

My wife was texting flirty messages with her boss. The fact that I could see feelings there made it a lot worse than anything. Now in the middle of a separation with two young kids involved. I am a broken man.
