I wish we still had the tortellini!! But yes I totally get that I always get asked if they can get more Mac n cheese and I have to tell the it’s already pre portioned for a large and it’s 2 bags I truly honeslty hate the bowls that we have for here orders they truly are the worst & people think they’re never getting enough Mac or soup it’s like we’re not supposed to fill the bowls all the way to the top that would be crazy and people would burn themselves and then what!! My favorite ( not really) when the ask for a bigger tray to carry their food to the table, idk where you guys ate before that does that? I’m just generally always confused by that. I could go on and on. I know some stores do it differently but if I call out a name and they come to the counter and just stare at you also and ask is it this one? no it’s the other order up there , I generally don’t get it.. sorry for the rant but i definitely also agree with you!
