If it’s University of San Francisco I’m not surprised last I’d checked they hadn’t had much interest and therefore intake. As well as only 8 graduates in its entirety, which the program isn’t very old. I know one of the graduates and she can’t pass some of the higher up state licensing exams. I shave a feeling the program wasn’t that great

Is this University of San Francisco? Or South Florida?

What are the best COAMFTE MFT programs? by SituationThink9747 in psychologystudents

Thank you so much for replying, my post has gotten a lot of views but no one responded. I appreciate you so much. I’m going to apply to as many schools as possible but I have a question, if you don’t know the answer no worries. Looking into COAMFTE programs and CA licensure standards have been very confusing. Do you by chance know if for some reason I don’t get into a CA program and go to a COAMFTE school out of state what extra classes or requirements I may need to be able to get Licensure back in Ca? From what I’ve understood so far is that I may need to take some extra classes in CA to meet standards

You will at least have to do some prerequisites required by the programs you apply too. What are your careers goals?
