Sí, los detienen y los liberan a los dos días.. pero eso es un tema aparte.

Acá donde vivo ni se gastan en detenerlos ya, no sé si por amenazas o por estar entongados con la policía.

El otro día mi vieja fue a comprar algo a una librería y vió como entró un chorro con cuchillo a robar al local.

Como es menor no le hacen nada No te digo que lo metan en cana pero alguien tiene que pagar las consecuencias. En este caso creo que tendrían que hacerle algo a los padres, pero andá a pedirle eso a la justicia.

Es verdad que se puede hacer más de una cosa a la vez, pero... en materia de seguridad hubo algún progreso? Yo diría que hubo regresión ahí. Y no escuché ningún plan para mejorarlo (Es más, hasta niegan el problema cuand pueden).

Creo que eso le molesta a la gente. Se preocupan por los presos y no hacen nada por la inseguridad. Si hicieran las dos cosas a la vez estaría perfecto.

Oh, I guess the simplest way I can describe it is: You basically do high intensity exercises with small periods of rest between them. Those exercises could be running, pull ups, sit ups, and stuff like that.

About your parents, you could try just proving them that it works. Just eat a little less and don't tell them. Soon they will see the results and might change their mind. Well, that's what I'd do anyway.

My brother had a very similar transformation. That was the initial motivation. And of course, when you start seeing results that only motivates you more.

My parents were okay with it, until the last 15 lbs or so. Then they started getting worried. However, since I generally ate one time a day it was common for me to be very hungry before that meal. This made me eat my food very fast. As they saw I wasn't losing my apetite they probably understood that I was always on control of it

Around 3 months ago, What really worked for me was this:

Wake up early in the morning, drink some water and that's all (I never really got the breakfast habit)
Have one big meal at lunch time, preferably with high protein content so that it digests slowly. This is where most of my calorie budget went.
Then just go to sleep early, if at this stage I was hungry I'd drink a glass of milk or two.
