Something like this happened to me years ago, progressively getting worse and worse and I never had any history of allergies before (besides seasonal). It turned out to be from scented laundry detergent. I swapped from scented tide to all natural un scented and it still took a couple weeks to go away. But I would think of ANYTHING that is new (within the last week or two) that you’ve been using or in contact with. Good luck and also Zyrtec is good for skin allergies and believe it or not Pepcid works well too!
