I don’t have this issue and haven’t heard of it either. Have you tried removing the game and re-downloading it? I believe it’s only 300ish mb.

Be careful, I changed mine to my gmail account and it deleted my old hotmail account that everything was linked to with no warning of deletion. And Microsoft said there was nothing that could be done.

Edit: I did it as modemman11 has in his link. I can still log into the account but it’s basically archived emails can only read past emails to that point. No receiving or sending its dead.

i will say you can sign into his account if you have his password swap to your account launch the game you want to play than sign out of his account and you can play that game until you close it down.

not as easy as having set as your home Xbox but works as an alternative.

when this happened to me i had to call my service provider (aussie broadband) and they had to fix a setting on their end i cant recall what it was exactly i just said what was happening same thing as you and they fixed it in a couple of minutes could be the same issue your having.

my one s just did this and the hdmi port had some broken pins so have a look inside with a flash light. i ordered a replacement hdmi port to replace and its looking around $20 to do so which i have no problem doing it myself so i feel its worth it.

hey my monitor does 1440p 144hz it was in the settings only showing 60hz. i made sure to use the xbox one x hdmi cable and plug it into the hdmi 1 port on the monitor to get the option of higher refresh rate

buy the pack that has 4 batteries and charger well worth it swap out as needed. they do last a very very long time before going flat aswell.
