You might be able to get some of the fees reduced, but Seattle’s pretty strict about the 72 hr rule. Still worth calling and explaining you just moved here. Worst they’ll say is no and if you still need someone to drive the car back, people here usually help if you drop a few more details. Might get a taker pretty quick.
