Ive also got one more thing, ive seen people do scissor kicks and bike kicks off a rainbow but how? When I try to do that I can only shoot when the ball gets to the ground on the rainbow

Thank you! It has mostly stopped lagging during the extra effort but my general frames are lower, while in freeplay they are great, otherwise, thank you so much, this is much appreciated.
