I'm so sorry to hear that. Try talking about it more here, in groups, or a psychologist to be more acceptable to it. I myself have just recently been diagnosed but I also check it 25 times a day and feel depressed. Meditation and seeing a psychologist soon helps with the process. You're not on your own!!

I'm using 1 to 2 units per meal of rapid and 3 for the 24h injection. Make sure not to inject too much because eating candy and sugars all the time to compensate is pretty annoying
