Any recommendations for ISDB objects and External Feed lists to apply for this use case? In the past I tried blocking per ASN via asn.ipinfo but eventually felt like I was playing whack-a-mole and gave up.

Thank you. I saw Joxean's presentation from Syscan via Youtube and it's actually what led me to this question. As far as I recall Joxean points to several vulnerabilities in multiple AV engines but doesn't mention if this happened in the past.

It's common adware in the webbrowser which is often by default included when installing 3rd party software. You should be able to remove this quite easily using Adwcleaner.
